Use Hum

When it asks you

Questions

When a decision is yours (which config, a name with consequences, a step it cannot undo), Hum asks: the question, options, and the default it would take. Up to four questions per ask.

Do Effect
Number Pick an option
Type Answer in your words
enter Take the default

Away from the terminal it takes the default and continues. The question waits on the transcript; your later answer reaches it as a message. A question with no default waits for you.

Sub-agents never ask.

Feedback

When it wants your judgment rather than a decision, it shows what it did, where the proof is, and what to rate. Mark each item (yes/no or 1 to 5) and add a line if you want.

It never waits on you. The checkpoint goes on the transcript, the model carries on, and your judgment reaches it as a message whenever you give it. The same holds for a decision it puts to you with its own pick sealed.

Approvals

Leaving the sandbox always asks. See Sandbox and approvals.
